About Navid Sadoughi, DPM, D.ABFAS, FACFAS

Navid Sadoughi,  DPM, D.ABFAS, FACFAS, is board certified in foot, reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery by the american board of foot & ankle surgeons. Dr.Sadoughi provides comprehensive podiatric care to people of all ages living in and around Silver Spring, Maryland.

Dr. Sadoughi began his professional pursuits at the University of Maryland at College Park, earning his undergraduate degree in biology. After graduation, he enrolled at the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, earning his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine.

Dr. Sadoughi completed a residency in podiatric medicine and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Queens, New York, a Level 1 trauma center. He thrived in the program, serving as chief resident during his final year.

Post residency, Dr.Sadoughi returned to maryland. Dr.Sadoughi founded chevy chase foot & ankle in 2018. Currently, he serves as the president of chevy chase foot & ankle LLC. Dr.Sadoughi enjoys improving the healthy of his community by providing comprehensive care to his patient.

Dr. Sadoughi serves as chief of podiatry at White Oak Medical Center, also in Silver Spring. He has special interests in treating complex foot and ankle deformities, diabetic foot infections, ulcerations, sports injuries, and foot and ankle fractures.

To ensure positive treatment outcomes, Dr. Sadoughi has employed a variety of advanced treatment modalities, including laser, biological skin grafting, ultrasound, 3D scanner for custom orthotics, and on-site digital X-ray.  

As a podiatrist, Dr. Sadoughi takes a comprehensive and patient-centric approach to medicine. Whenever possible, he recommends conservative measures of care but has the expertise to perform complex surgeries as well.

Dr. Sadoughi holds membership in several professional organizations, including the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the American Podiatric Medical Association. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach, and playing tennis and golf.
